About

Hello everyone and welcome!

My name is Ailin. I started this blog 10 years ago while I was living in the United Kingdom to catalogue my favourite and newly discovered recipes. Since then, life has happened, as it always does. I have moved from Newcastle in the UK, where I started this blog, to the East Midlands in the UK, then onward to Singapore and now I have recently relocated to Houston, Texas. I am happy to say that I am back in the East Midlands in the UK now in 2024.

I have not posted in a long time. However, I like to maintain this blog here as I still refer to these recipes myself. I like simple, good and tasty everyday recipes and that is what I tend to share here on this blog. I do hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I would love to hear from you, every single visit and comment truly makes my day! You can get in touch by leaving a comment or drop me an email at nomsieskitchen@gmail.com

I am a certified yoga instructor and you can see me in action on my YouTube channel Fityo with Ailin

Thank you for visiting.

Til next time, dance like no one is watching.
